Placer County is looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll perform a variety of tasks to keep buildings, facilities, and grounds in top shape—including repairs, preventative maintenance, basic plumbing, painting, and equipment upkeep. Requires equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade, and no experience. 

The eligible list established as a result of this recruitment may be used to fill permanent and temporary/extra help vacancies as they arise, subject to position-specific requirements, for the Department of Public Works, the Department of Facilities Management, the Department of Agriculture, Parks, and Natural Resources, and the Sheriff's Office.
