RECREATION SUPERVISOR I/II - CITY WIDE EVENTS (DOQ)
In San Marcos, we do things a little differently -- infusing governmental services with an entrepreneurial delivery. As such, we are looking for equally diverse and uniquely qualified candidates as we recruit for a Recreation Supervisor I/II – Special Events.
The Recreation Supervisor will oversee the City’s signature community events, both large and small, and celebrations for the Parks & Recreation Department. You will be a key voice to engage the San Marcos community and elevate the visibility of the City’s programs, initiatives, and public offerings. And because you'll be serving a city that values community and vision - you'll be expected to stay on top of the industry’s innovations and implementations. You'll be afforded opportunities to expand and apply your knowledge and pioneer ways to bring equity and inclusion to the community we serve. So, bring your fresh ideas.
