RECREATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR
The City of Stockton Community Services Department inspires a healthy and active community by providing high-quality, fun recreation programs for all. Successful candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, knowledge of sports and recreation activities, group dynamics, and the ability to lead high-functioning teams of full-time, part-time, and volunteers in the delivery of recreation services to our community.
- Education/Experience:
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in recreation, public or business administration, or a closely related field and one year of experience which has included recreation program planning and implementation and/or recreation facility supervision. Additional qualifying experience as outlined above may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of two years.
