The City of Beverly Hills is inviting you to join us for a part-time job fair with the Community Services Department! We are looking for energetic, motivated, committed and hard-working individuals to join our dynamic team for our summer programming.

Who We Are

The City of Beverly Hills has a long-standing reputation for providing superior customer service to residents, businesses, and visitors. This characteristic, combined with outstanding staff in all departments, has been a hallmark of success for this high performance organization. The municipal government (approximately 1,000+ full-time and part-time employees) provides the highest quality safety services, recreational, municipal services, and physical environment.

What We Do:
The Community Services Department provides exceptional cultural, educational, recreational, and social services to enhance and maintain a high quality of life and attractive physical environment in the Beverly Hills community. The Recreation Division is responsible for researching, implementing, and evaluating a variety of services and programs for the community with the purpose of enhancing each participant's quality of life. Through collaborative effort across multiple City sites, the Recreation Division serves as a destination for educational, recreational, and cultural endeavors for all ages and provide diverse and innovative recreation and cultural programming and services for the Beverly Hills community.

What We're Looking For:
The City of Beverly Hills is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Recreation Aides and Recreation Leaders to support our summer programming for youth ages 5 - 14 years old.

Ideal candidates are energetic team players who enjoy working with youth, families, and the community. These positions are primarily outdoors and take place across multiple recreation facilities throughout the City of Beverly Hills, offering a dynamic work environment where no two days feel the same. Recreation Aides will assist with program setup, participant supervision, and general activity support, while Recreation Leaders will take on a more active role in planning and leading recreational activities such as sports, games, arts, and enrichment programs. Both positions help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants.

We’re looking for individuals who are responsible, positive, flexible, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Whether you’re gaining your first work experience or bringing prior recreation and leadership skills, these roles offer a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful community programs throughout the summer. If you’re passionate about engaging with the public, supporting youth activities, enjoy being outdoors in the summer, and being part of a dynamic seasonal team, we’d love to have you join us.
